What if I have forgotten the Quote ID?
Please check your email. You can either click on the link 'Retrieve Quotes' in your email or use the Quote ID mentioned in the email.
If you don't have access to either, please click back button and redo the quotes. As long as the all the criteria was the same as before, the prices would be the same (except in the case as described below).
Why are the retrieved prices different than the prices I had seen earlier?
That would happen only if the prices have changed since you last saved the quotes. However, the prices do not change every day, but typically only once a year or even less frequent.
Of course, if the person has crossed into a higher age group since you last time did the quotes, they would be different.
Why are the retrieved plans different than the ones I had originally seen?
A possible reason would be that some new plans have been added or existing plans have been removed. However, that is very unlikely as it does not happen often.
